The College and Career Readiness Plan, or CCR, is a yearly meeting and process in which counselors help students plan for graduation and review post-secondary goals. These meetings may be conducted in large groups or individually as needed. The CCR is invaluable to student success and we highly encourage parents to participate in the process.

Activity #1 - exit Survey
Complete the Junior College & Career Readiness (CCR) Exit Survey.
actvity #2 - civics test
Complete the Utah State Civics Test. All students must pass the Civics Test prior to graduation. You may take the test as many times as you'd like but you must pass it. This test is open notes, open Google and open friend.

activity #3 - Keys to Success
Keys to Success is a program that helps to connect students across Utah with scholarships, internships, and opportunities that match their career interests. As students interact with opportunities and meet their academic goals, they receive points that can be redeemed for prizes. This can be done on the Keys to Success website or app.
Create a Keys to Success account. Don't forget to write down your username and password for future reference.
Step 1. Open the Keys to Success website HERE.
Step 2. Click "Create an Account" then select "Student", then fill out the information to Create an Account.
Step 3. Click on "Select Careers."
Step 4. Scroll down. Click on "Launch My Career."
Step 5. Click on "Interest Profiler" (on left side of page).
Step 6. Click "Start" to begin Interest Profiler.
Step 7. Research careers you may be interested in based on Interest Profiler results.

Begin researching college scholarship opportunities.

Login to Skyward and check your grades in Gradebook. Do you have any missing assignments? Do you need to retake a quiz/test? Use your remaining time to work on homework you need to complete. You can also check your Graduation Requirements in Skyward to make sure you are on track to graduate. See graduation requirements below.
