How to enroll a new student

New Student Registration has moved to a completely online format! You will need to complete the online registration before coming to MVHS to sign up for classes. Documents you will need
You will need to upload certain documents are part of your registration. These will include:
- Birth Certificate (belonging to the student)
- Immunization records (click here for a list of required immunizations)
- Proof of Residency (click here for a list of acceptable documents)
- Transcript (listing courses taken and grades received in 9th-12th grade)
- Withdrawal Form (from the student's previous school)
- Court documents regarding guardianship (if applicable)
Online registration process
Once you have gathered your documents (and received approval for an Out of Boundary request, if needed), you can officially begin the registration process. Use the link above, or type in www.alpineschools.org/registration-enrollment. You will create a Skyward account (or use your existing account) to enroll. There is additional information on the district registration website regarding school fees, fee waivers, and free and reduced lunch applications.
Once you have submitted your paperwork, our registrar (Gina Breton) will receive a notification. She will then reach out to you to set up an appointment to meet with a counselor and choose your classes. During that meeting we will be happy to answer any questions you have, provide you with a map of the school, and offer a tour. We look forward to having you join our community!
Note: If you are registering for NEXT school year, you will not meet with the counselor until August of the year your student begins attending MVHS.
